Air Quality Index

Each day’s air quality index can be found on the Agency of Natural Resources Web site. Air quality is rated from GOOD (no health impacts) to VERY UNHEALTHY (sensitive groups should stay indoors, and everyone else should limit time spent outdoors). Because of its mostly rural landscape, Vermont enjoys very good air quality, but occasionally the amount of pollutants in the air can pose a health risk, especially for people with respiratory problems.
